Make it or Break it!

So the trip I am planning to take this year demands a high level of fitness … Apparently i need to train extra hard to reach a physical level just to be able to catch up! one month!..any ideas ?

  1. I’m not sure exactly what kind of strength/endurance you need but I just recommend consistenly building on what you can already do. For example, iif your trip is going to involve a lot of hiking then hike further each day in anticipation of the trip.

    • Thanks nduff for your tip … yes it does involve hiking … unfortunately there are no places to hike in here so i gotta hit the gym (which am not a big fan of)
