Memories: Good or Bad?

I was arguing with a friend long time ago that memories are not a good thing …and today I came across this quote in a Bazaar article ” there is nothing more sad than remembering good times” Italian quote (check bazaar truthdare article)

What do you THINK?

  3. hmmmmm i think good memories r a good thing , because whenever i remember something good that i did or something good happened to me it will make me smile n look forward whenever im not feeling so good or even when im not feeling anything or just feeling ok , we can repeat good memories u know.
i cant see myself without memories , i think its what keeps us alive whether their bad or good , i dont know if what im saying is making sense to you or not , but its making sense to me πŸ˜€

    • hmm … i do get ur point … but memories are a one time thing … u can’t repeat them … even if you gather the same group of people the same place it will be a new memory totally different than the previous one ..
