The Sleeping Pill|Solution to a 23hrs Day

My days are getting busier and busier and frankly I am finding a 24hrs/day is not enough! I wake up early in the morning and next month I have to get up before sunrise.. Work takes up most of the “good hours” after that its a quick bite and family time then personal work starts .. now that I am not following a fitness program it’s much easier since I can take a stroll or a jog anytime but soon I will be joining a program that works out daily mornings and evenings so I have to work around that time .. I try to make use of as much hours before I sleep as I can making my sleeping hours 3 to 4 which is not quite healthy..

So here’s my solution.. I want a sleeping pill that combines all the benefits of a 6 hrs sleep reduced to one hour … That means when I head back to bed at 3am I take that pill and go to sleep for one hour.. wake up at 4am feeling full of energy and all the benefits of the 6 hours sleep giving me a 23hours day…. is that too much to ask of our scientists today?

  6. the pills are the thing that I always avoid ! but I can’t tell ya to avoid it cause ur having a really busy days which I never had a long busy days like urs

    to find ur solution , u have 2 recognize the real problem
    i dont think ur too busy , ur busy, yes but i bet u need to fix ur schedual to get the most of the day , double productivity , half time .
    if u do ill tell u about a magic pill that does what u want but in 4 hours , ur pill can easily be made its not a challenge for scientists , but they chose not 2 do it to make u live longer to see the fruit of all the work u did while u have been awake .

    • I agree .. you can always rearrange things in your life .. but sometimes your are just too busy and happy with everything that you don’t want to let go of this and that (here’s where the pill comes to allow you to do everything) .. but at the end i totally agree🙂

  9. lool listen the most important part of sleep is the first 3 hours or so because this is when the pituitary gland at the base of the brain releases the growth hormone hGH which help all the bodily functions to restore/recover, too bad the body cannot make all recovery it needs in merely 60 mins especially if you under continued stress whether physical or mental
